I had 11 different roofing companies come out to my home to give me bid. I took 1.5 months to do my due diligent before signing the contract. Because it’s my first and only home and I don’t know much about roofing, I was very careful about the process. It wasn’t the price that sold me on roof city professionals. It was Weslley as the project manager that sold me on this project. There were 3 top companies at the end and I chose roof city professionals with Weslley as the project manager. Weslley is professional from the beginning to the end. He was patient, clear, communicative, resourceful. I felt like I can trust weslley even though it was the first time meeting and working with him and he didn’t disappoint. He kept me informed from the beginning, during the process and to the end. The project took 3 days to finish, sooner than anticipated. During the process, there were couple hiccups that annoyed me, not bc of weslley but due to things like permit delayed which caused me to get cancelled by my home insurance, the date of demo was changed 2x before we pin down an actual date, and cost since the truck couldn’t get to my property bc I’m next to the railroad. Weslley was calmed and resourceful so he worked with me to get things resolved quickly. Hiring Weslley to work for roof city professionals is the smartest thing the owner had done in my opinion. He’s amazing. If it wasn’t for Weslley I would have gone with the other 2 options I had that also had similar scope of work and price. I chose to give this project to weslley bc he is the full package. I’d love to work with him in the future again. Ivan and his crew were fantastic! They provided a bid, stuck to it, and completed the job in less time than expected. The team was clean and professional throughout the process.
